Reflection to Final Argumentative
While reviewing my peer’s writing I noticed the structure
of his introduction was catchy and met the criteria. The structure was very
well planned out unlike the essay I wrote. As I still have some problems now
writing the introduction I believe it has improved my sense of writing skills
doing peer review. Being able to see writings of my classmates we are exposing
ourselves to new structures and styles of writing we haven’t seen before. Some
I have gained or improved while doing this peer review was being persuasive in
my writing. By reading and seeing how persuasive the writings of my own
colleagues I was determined to do better.
The way I improved how persuasive my essay would be
finding authentic sources. Sources that are credible can persuade the reader
significantly because the writers would be experts in this specific field. The
person who read my essay also helped me notice I still haven’t wrote a thesis nor
a counter claim yet. Other skills I gained from doing this peer review is
improving the structure of my essay. By seeing papers from my peers, I was able
to incorporate their writing structure into my own writing. Doing this makes it
easier for the reader by making the essay smoother.
